Cornerstone Counsel is pleased to announce that its Founder and Managing Partner, Ceyhun Pehlivan, has been appointed Community Lead of the University of Geneva alumni community in Spain (Alumni UNIGE Spain – España).
A graduate of the University of Geneva (UNIGE), Ceyhun will lead the development of the University’s alumni community in Spain, bringing together UNIGE graduates across the country and strengthening connections among alumni and with the University.
The initiative has been established through the official University of Geneva Alumni Association (UNIGE Alumni), which has created a dedicated community for alumni based in Spain. With a growing number of UNIGE graduates living and working across the country, Alumni UNIGE Spain – España will provide a platform for alumni to connect, exchange experiences and develop professional, academic and social initiatives.
As Community Lead, Ceyhun will coordinate the development of the community and its activities in Spain, working closely with UNIGE Alumni. The first initiatives will focus on bringing together alumni across Spain, strengthening the network and establishing a regular programme of gatherings and activities.
The role has particular significance given Ceyhun’s longstanding connection with Geneva and the University, where he pursued part of his legal education, as well as his continuing professional and academic links with Switzerland.
The establishment of Alumni UNIGE Spain – España also provides an opportunity to strengthen the presence of the University of Geneva’s alumni community in Spain and to foster closer academic, professional and institutional links between Switzerland and Spain.
Ceyhun looks forward to building the community together with fellow alumni and bringing UNIGE graduates across Spain together.
