Ceyhun Necati Pehlivan has been re-elected by the General Assembly as Secretary General of the Cámara Oficial de Comercio e Industria Hispano-Turca (Spanish-Turkish Chamber of Commerce in Spain) for a new five-year mandate.
The appointment reflects the confidence of the Chamber’s more than 135 members and marks the beginning of a new period of work focused on strengthening commercial, investment and institutional relations between Spain and Türkiye.
The Chamber is one of the principal business platforms connecting Spanish and Turkish companies. It brings together organisations from a wide range of sectors and supports trade, investment, professional exchange and closer bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
Pehlivan will serve alongside a Board of Directors led by President Yasemen Korukçu, Senior Adviser in Spain to the Investment and Finance Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye.
The Vice Presidents are Eduardo Salido Cornejo, representing Amadeus; Alberto Cubero Ribas, representing Limak Holding; and Salvador López Oliva, representing Roca–NSK Bath & Kitchen. Axel Yıldız of Font & Yildiz Tax & Legal Services will continue as Treasurer.
The Board also includes Özer Güler of Turkish Airlines, Borja de la Torre Marín of MAPFRE, José Canals Palou of Barceló Hotel Group, Óscar Díaz-Canel of BBVA and Murat Şapçı of Beko.
The General Assembly also elected several new members to the Board: Francisco Javier López Rivero of Ferrovial, Olcay Silahlı of Fazla and Gamze Yılmaz of Indra Group. Vicente Balbin will serve as the Chamber’s Delegate in Türkiye.

The new five-year term will focus on supporting the continued growth of the Chamber, expanding opportunities for its members and reinforcing its role as a bridge between the Spanish and Turkish business communities.
