The Website does not constitute a source of legal advice nor a means of establishing a professional or any other relationship between client and lawyer.
The User acknowledges and expressly accepts that use of the Website is undertaken at their sole risk and responsibility.
When using the Website, the User undertakes not to engage in any conduct that could damage the image, interests, or rights of Cornerstone Counsel or third parties, or that could damage, disable, or overload the Website, or otherwise interfere with its normal use.

The content of the Website is made available to the User by Cornerstone Counsel from both its own sources and third-party sources.
Cornerstone Counsel seeks to ensure that the content is of the highest possible quality and reasonably up to date; however, it does not guarantee the usefulness, accuracy, completeness, relevance, and/or timeliness of such content.
The inclusion of content on the Website does not in any way constitute the provision of legal advice. The User acknowledges that the application of law to specific cases is not automatic and may vary depending on many different circumstances; therefore, the information contained in the content is insufficient for decision-making of any kind.
Accordingly, the information provided on the Website cannot be considered a substitute for legal advice, and Cornerstone Counsel strongly recommends that Users do not make decisions based solely on such information without obtaining appropriate professional advice.

The User may view and obtain a temporary private copy of the content solely for their personal and private use on their computer systems (software and hardware), provided that this is not for commercial or professional purposes.
The User must refrain from obtaining, or attempting to obtain, content by means or procedures other than those made available or indicated for such purpose or those commonly used on the Internet (provided that these do not entail a risk of damage or impairment to the Website).
The User must at all times respect all intellectual and industrial property rights relating to the Website, whether owned by Cornerstone Counsel or third parties.

The User, and in general any individual or legal entity wishing to establish a hyperlink or technical linking device (e.g. links or buttons) from their website to the Website (the “Hyperlink”), must obtain prior written authorisation from Cornerstone Counsel.
The establishment of a Hyperlink does not in any case imply the existence of any relationship between Cornerstone Counsel and the owner of the website on which the Hyperlink is established, nor does it imply acceptance or approval by Cornerstone Counsel of its content or services.
Cornerstone Counsel reserves the right to prohibit or disable any hyperlink to the Website at any time, particularly in cases where the activity or content of the linking website is unlawful.
