Purpose

These General Terms govern the use of, including mere access to, the webpages comprising the website cornerstonecounsel.es (the “Website”). Any user who accesses the Website (the “User”) agrees to be bound by the General Terms in force at the time of access.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms are governed by Spanish common law. Unless otherwise provided by applicable regulations (including consumer protection regulations), any disputes shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Madrid (capital), Spain.
